Terms of Use – Introduction

Al-Muadal Store welcomes you and informs you that the following are the terms and conditions governing the use of Al-Muadal Store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services through this electronic platform. The use of the store by any person, whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise, constitutes full acceptance and approval of all the terms and provisions of this agreement, with full legal capacity recognized under Sharia, regulations, and law. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and Al-Muadal Store.

This agreement shall be effective and binding immediately upon your approval and registration with Al-Muadal Store, in accordance with Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.


Article One – Introduction and Definitions

The above introduction forms an integral part of this agreement. The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

  1. (Al-Muadal Store)
  2. This term includes all forms of the store available on the internet, whether as a mobile application, website, or physical commercial outlet.
  3. (Consumer)
  4. Any person who engages in e-commerce for the purpose of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
  5. (Agreement)
  6. Refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.


Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

  1. The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable laws to deal with the store, or that their age is not less than eighteen (18) years.
  2. The consumer agrees that any violation of this article shall render them solely responsible for the consequences toward third parties.


Article Three – Nature of the Obligation

  1. Al-Muadal Store’s obligation toward the consumer is limited to providing the product or service.
  2. Al-Muadal Store may provide additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of the requested product or service.


Article Four – Terms of Use

  1. The consumer undertakes to use Al-Muadal Store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer undertakes not to use any product or service purchased from Al-Muadal Store in violation of public morals or applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Seven – Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees

  1. The invalidity or cancellation of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
  2. This agreement constitutes the framework governing the relationship between the consumer and Al-Muadal Store.
  3. Al-Muadal Store may impose fees on certain services or products.
  4. Al-Muadal Store reserves the right to amend fees whenever deemed necessary.


Article Ten – Store Liability

  1. Al-Muadal Store undertakes to conduct its business in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. Al-Muadal Store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors caused by the consumer or by third parties, including shipping companies.
  3. Al-Muadal Store guarantees that all products and services provided are lawful, authorized, and permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Eleven – Suspension or Termination of Access or Membership

Al-Muadal Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate a consumer’s membership or restrict access to its services at any time without prior notice.


Article Twelve – Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Thirteen – General Provisions

The remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect in the event that any provision is deemed invalid. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement governing the relationship between Al-Muadal Store and the consumer, subject to the following:

  1. The Arabic language shall be the authoritative language for interpretation.
  2. Prices are subject to change.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  4. All parties shall comply with applicable Sharia principles and legal regulations.
  5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by Al-Muadal Store’s management.
